Digital Products — No Returns or Refunds

All products sold by Tiny Testaments are digital downloads. Because digital files can be copied and retained after download, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed.


Why We Have This Policy

Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can. Once a file has been downloaded, it remains in your possession regardless of any subsequent refund. For this reason, we are unable to issue refunds after download.


Before You Purchase

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information carefully before completing your purchase. Our audio stories are designed for use with the Toniebox and Yoto platforms, but can also be utilized on any device that can play MP3s, including Android devices, iPads and iPhones. Please confirm your device compatibility prior to buying.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged but the file was never delivered or made available for download.
  • The file is corrupted, defective, or does not match the product description.

To request assistance in either of these cases, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at support@tinytestaments.com with your order number and a description of the issue.


Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider directly. You may also reach us at support@tinytestaments.com and we will cooperate fully with any investigation.

Notice for Customers in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, additional consumer rights apply to your purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD).

Right of Withdrawal

As an EU/EEA consumer, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without providing a reason.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content delivery has begun — provided you have given your express prior consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so waives your right of withdrawal. This consent is collected via a mandatory checkbox during checkout.

By checking that box at the time of purchase, you confirm that:

  1. You request that delivery of the digital content begin immediately upon purchase.
  2. You acknowledge that by requesting immediate delivery, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you did not complete a purchase with this checkbox, or if it was not presented to you, please contact us at support@tinytestaments.com — you may retain your right of withdrawal and we will work with you accordingly.

Defective Digital Content

Regardless of the above, EU/EEA consumers retain the right to a remedy if digital content is faulty or does not conform to the product description. If a file is corrupted, fails to function as described, or cannot be made to work on a compatible Toniebox device, we will:

  1. Provide a replacement or corrected file at no cost; or
  2. Issue a full or partial refund if a replacement is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.

To request a remedy, contact us at support@tinytestaments.com within 14 days of discovering the issue, with your order number and a description of the problem.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To withdraw from a purchase (where applicable) or to report a defective file, you may contact us by email at support@tinytestaments.com. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of your request or issue

We will respond and process any applicable refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
